This is an edit of SBlister's WindowBlinds theme (and technically MeisterMzk's theme, though this was only used as a template, I am pretty sure no images from it were used).

This version gets rid of a few problems, like the missing 'More Programs' bar, and the drop down arrows that would show with a black box on them. It also changes a few other things, mostly text though.

I do not claim most of the credit here; feel free to thank me, or comment/critique, but give some praise to SBlister too!

For some reason the Diablo start button is hidden by the task bar. How can I get it to show over it as in the picture?

I believe I made this on an older version of WindowBlinds and it may be incompatible with newer versions. I made this back in 2009 when I was running XP on my computer. I no longer have an XP machine and am unable to troubleshoot any issues that arise personally.
